I grew up in Tampa and was able to visit the Lowry Park Zoo on at least seven different occasions.

However, I was sick of the hot, subtropical climate of western Florida. When I saw job postings in Denver in company memos, I put my name in for consideration. Now that I’m living in Denver full time, I have mixed emotions. For one, it’s extremely cold in Denver for a good portion of the year. Temperatures start dropping as early as September and we have winter weather that lasts until March most years. There is lots of snowfall and the roads around the University of Denver need to be plowed regularly so it doesn’t impede the flow of traffic. My apartment in Virginia Village gets really cold in the winter because the insulation isn’t nearly as good as it should be. But in the summer season, you can readily enjoy outdoor attractions like the Denver Zoo without the risk of frostbite. Whenever I go to the Denver Zoo, I always pack a cannabis vaporizer pen in my pocket. These little pen vaporizers have voltage control on them so you can vary the heat going to the coil. I didn’t want to waste all of my money on gambling either. My friends and I looked for some fun activities that would give us something fun to do during the day. One of the places that we visited is called Red Rock Canyon. Red Rock Canyon is about 30 minutes outside of Las Vegas. It is easily one of the nicest attractions near Las Vegas. The canyon has red rocks and sand. One of the best trails in the park is the turtlehead peak trail. It is easily the best hike in Red Rock Canyon, but the four and a half mile track can be quite difficult. My friends and I would have tried the trail if we had more recreational marijuana with us on the adventure. Recreational marijuana makes every adventure a lot more fun, especially if you have to work hard and strain. I find that recreational marijuana gives me more energy when I smoke a sativa or a hybrid variety. My friends and I visited a lot of places while we were in Las Vegas. Some of the nicest areas were actually in the desert and in the mountains. We didn’t need to spend all day in the casino to have fun. We didn’t waste a lot of money on gambling and we absolutely had the best time visiting the geological formations that are located outside of the city.

After the numbers were red, we found out that the winning ticket was actually sold in Seattle. No one came forward for a month. People seemed to forget about the lottery winner and maybe that is what the Seattle resident had planned all along. The guy was interviewed by a small newspaper in Seattle and he said that he bought the ticket after going to a recreational marijuana dispensary. The marijuana dispensary was totally out of rolling papers. It was the first time that guy had ever been to the marijuana accessories shop. He only bought a lottery ticket because the clerk suggested it was a good idea with the pot at over 600 million. What a crazy story that turned out to be. The guy now has 600 million reasons to be happy.

My spouse and I had the money to buy a hour lake house in Cocoa, FL a few years ago, but until recently all of us could only use it for holidays.

I was running a corporation in Michigan and couldn’t transport states until I sold it.

My spouse was working in an orchestra in Ann Arbor, but recently retired. With nothing holding us back, all of us started to consider moving to our holiday lake house in Cocoa, FL. It’s so close to Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, multiple locales that enthrall us both. My spouse appreciates to catch rays of sun on Cocoa Beach in the summer, whereas I care about to go kayaking in the Ulumay Wildlife Sanctuary on Merritt Island. There is no shortage of charming sights to see while living in Cocoa, FL. We’re sick of cold temperatures and paying exorbitant amounts of money to heat our house to stay warm in the cold Winter time weather. And as all of us get older, it becomes changingly harder to tolerate the cold temperatures as it drops below zero degrees in February and February every year. Cocoa is usually a lot warmer than this, although this year has been particularly cold for the entirety of FL. I have family in Venice and friends in Miami—all of them reported abnormally cold temperatures thus far this Spring. I used to go fishing on the St, then johns River in May every year but I guess it’s going to be too cold for our sensitive skin. At least there isn’t a foot of snow to shovel every afternoon just to get out the front door and into the car. Living in Cocoa sure beats cold up north in the cold Winter time weather.

New Mexico is one of the prettiest places in the union.

There are rolling hills and lots of places with desert. I’ve visited a number of different cities in the state, but Albuquerque absolutely has a soft spot in my heart. One of the reasons is due to all of the fun activities there are two enjoy in Albuquerque. One of my favorite places to visit is definitely the Paseo Del Bosque Trail. It is easily one of the best bike paths in the entire Midwestern area. The Paseo Del Bosque Trail leads all the way from Old Town up to the North Valley. The 16 mile-long biking path snakes in and out of the Rio Grande River area. It is one of the nicest places to take my electric bike and definitely a favorite of many people that live in Albuquerque. My girlfriend and I take our bikes up to the trail on the weekends. Sometimes we enjoy recreational marijuana, since it is legal in Albuquerque. There are tons of fun places to visit around the city. After a day of bike riding, it’s nice to go back home and enjoy the comfort of our apartment. We recently made some upgrades to the heating and air conditioning system. The air conditioning system is an 18 SEER energy efficient machine. It cools the apartment even on the hottest New Mexico days. The air conditioning system maintains the comfort in our apartment while lowering the bills each month. There are a lot of hot and sunny days in Albuquerque and without good AC, you will be totally and absolutely miserable.

Both of my parents were born plus raised in central MI.

It was my mom who had family residing in Florida, whereas all of my father’s extended family is in MI plus British Columbia.

When I first visited Florida, it was while in a short plane trip to visit my Grandma plus my good Grandfather. I’ll never forget feeling the heat plus humidity the hour I got off the plane. All of us flew into the Fort Myers airport because my Grandma plus good Grandfather were residing in Naples at the time. When my whole family finally moved to Florida, we settled into Tampa because my dad got a job at his corporation’s office in Tarpon Springs; I have grown accustomed to the heat plus humidity that comes with residing in the Tampa Bay area. I don’t miss the subzero temperatures throughout the Winter time where you’ll freeze to death in your sleep if you lose your power plus don’t have supplemental heat sources love a storm generator or a wood stove. Since I live in a site that rarely sees freezing temperatures, I don’t have a hour heat source in my Tampa home. This has sad myself and others on evenings when it entirely gets down to the low 30s, because I don’t want a pipe to freeze inside my house. If for some reason the power went out for 24 hours or longer, this could pose drastic troubles with the plumbing. The last time it got down to 30 degrees I didn’t even run the heat in the condo because it stayed in the mid 60s here. Once heat gets inside while in the day, it doesn’t escape as quickly as you might think, even if the temperatures get down to 30 degrees fahrenheit at evening.

Cannabis users have never had better access to marijuana products of every kind. There are quality cannabis flower products in addition to edibles in more states than not, although it has been a hard road getting this far. There’s a site in WA Park just north of the University of Denver that I love to frequent the most. They have some of the best cannabis concentrates that I’ve tried in all of CO, particularly their live rosin in addition to live resin products. Getting them at an affordable price with our medical card minus the 15% recreational tax makes it all worthwhile.

Before moving to Toronto, I had been on a handful of “haunted” tours in varying locales in which I have lived. St. Octoberine in Florida has a number of seasoned buildings from the civil war era that are purported to be haunted, however I experienced an interesting historical tour instead. Toronto’s Haunted Walk, or the Toronto Ghost Tours, starts at the courtyard in front of the Hockey Hall of Fame and explores some of the allegedly haunted buildings in Toronto’s core. For $25 I was expecting more, however it wasn’t the worst night either.
