Not only will it be comfortable inside the theater, but we will also be breathing in clean air
After years of wanting to go, I finally got tickets to see a show at the Lyric Theater. This iconic theater in downtown Birmingham was once abandoned but has been fully restored to the way it was. Since it reopened a few years ago, I have been trying to convince my husband to see a show with me. And he’s not really into that kind of stuff, so when he said no, I expected it. But to my surprise, he bought tickets for the Sleeping Beauty Ballet, and I couldn’t be more than happy about it. The show is in a couple of weeks, and I can’t wait to see inside the historic building. Millions of dollars were spent on the restoration. Part of the renovations included updating the HVAC system. They have taken extra steps to make sure the inside is safe and sanitized. So, the new HVAC units use hospital level filtration systems. I believe this means that they are using HEPA air filters to filter the air. Or perhaps they have installed a separate filtration device that works along with the HVAC units. Regardless of what system they have in place. I am just happy that the theater went the extra step to provide the best heating and cooling system for its patrons. Not only will it be comfortable inside the theater, but we will also be breathing in clean air. Anyway, I am super excited about seeing the ballet show at the Lyric Theater. Now I just need to figure out what I need to wear to the show.
