I am very well known in the community and stay busy 7 days a week. I don’t normally work on the weekends, but I do have a service technician that is available for emergencies. On the weekends, I tried to spend time with my wife and my kids. Last weekend we went to a couple of different places in Phoenix and the kids had a lot of fun. We ate lunch at a cool and interesting place that looked like an authentic Southwestern adobe. While my family and I were at lunch, the mechanic from the shop called to tell me that there was a problem with the commercial air conditioner. We have a large air conditioning system in the building that helps supply cool air to the shop area and the front desk. There was no air conditioning coming out of the ventilation system near the waiting area. I was at least an hour away from the shop, so I called a commercial repair company in Phoenix. I know the owner of the commercial HVAC repair business. We went to the same high school and recently attended an anniversary celebration. I contacted my old friend and asked him if he had someone available to help with the commercial air conditioner repair. I was happy to hear that he could send someone to help before I could get there. After lunch, we drove over to the business address to check out the problems.
