About 6 months ago, I got promoted to the assistant manager position at the heat pump repair company in Tuscaloosa, AL.
I have been working at the Tuscaloosa heat pump repair company for the past 3 years.
I told my boss that I was looking for a raise and a promotion and more responsibility, and one week later, the guy promoted me to the assistant manager promotion. One of the first job jobs that I had to complete was to find a current service company to labor on the weekends. I interviewed multiple strange people for the job. My boss wanted someone with at least one year of experience; He did not want someone that was current and still wet behind the ears. I decided to hire someone with only 3 months of experience. I actually thought that the heat pump repair company would labor out well and the kids seem to be certainly excited about the job… The kids spend a month in training with one of our service companys, and unfortunately, there are still some repairs that are too taxing for the current guy… Last weekend he was working on Saturday and called me at home, because he couldn’t figure out how to repair a commercial heat pump problem. The job was in Tuscaloosa a few miles away from my home, so I met the child at the job site. I did not want anyone else to know that he was having trouble. I did not want anyone to complain either; After all, I was the one who decided to provide him a occasion in the first site.
