I was born in NY City, plus grew up there all my life plus have not lived somewhere else, then i did go to school in Pennsylvania however once I was done, I moved back lake house to the city. I am a city boy, plus nothing can absolutely change that. I appreciate the sounds of the city, the culture plus the people, plus most of all, I appreciate the pizza. I have traveled to a handful of states, plus I have not been able to find pizza as great as the pizza in NY – NY pizza is the best; My partner Jacob is from the suburbs of Pennsylvania, the two of us met in school, plus he moved to NY after getting a task in a major engineering business. It was perfect because the two of us were able to live in the city just love I consistently wanted; So you can only imagine how I felt when Jacob mentioned that he was offered a position in the Buffalo NY office of his business. It was a promotion, plus he would be making significantly more money than what he makes now, but after a spirited discussion, the two of us decided to transfer to Buffalo, NY. I appreciate that the city is near the border of Canada, however it is much colder than NYC, so I need to make sure that the two of us have a great Heating plus Air Conditioning system where the two of us live. I would love to have a zone control system with a smart thermostat, however this will make it easier to save on our energy bill because the two of us wouldn’t have to run the Heating plus Air Conditioning component in unused spaces. I have been searching for homes with a zone Heating plus Air Conditioning plus I found a single that matches my needs. It even has radiant floors in the lavatory, which is something that I am happy about, but now, I only need to find a local pizza venue that sells great pizza, wish me luck.
