Living in Tampa has a lot of perks, it’s nice to live close to the beach… My friends plus I spend a lot of time on the water.
Every one of us go fishing, kayaking, surfing, plus water skiing; One of our friends is building a boat plus the guy uses it to take pretty much everyone out on the water, and there are also multiple complications with living in the Tampa Bay area.
One of the greatest complications is the weather plus the un-even temperatures. It’s severely hot plus humid while in the Springtime, summer, plus fall. The only way every one of us survive is using the AC frequently. The heat pump plus AC equipment can be high-priced to use in the Summer weeks, but last year every one of us had un-even temperatures close to 100 degrees in Tampa Bay plus every one of us ran the cooling system all the time. The Summer time bills were outrageous. The bill in June was $400, but the bill in October was $700. I do have a pool plus a hot tub, but that is still a ton of cash for the cooling bills. I am going to need to find a way to lower the bills next year. There is certainly no way I can afford to spend money these high bills each year going forward. The weather in Tampa isn’tgoing to get any cooler. If I cannot figure out a way to save cash, then I am certainly going to look into moving to a unusual site. My sibling plus his fiance have a site up north. I could live there for a little while plus find a site of our own after a couple of weeks, despite the fact that I hate to give up our house.
