The HVAC company estimate was a little bit high, so I plan to contact another company in Minneapolis. I got busy with a project and completely forgot. Then last week, the furnace stopped working all together and I was forced to contact someone immediately. I decided to call the company that was already out here to give me an estimate. I knew that their prices were a little bit high, so I tried to haggle with the owner of the Minneapolis Heating and Cooling company. The guy told me that the commercial prices aren’t negotiable, but he did offered to give me a 10% discount since it was my first time using the business and service provider.
