I was living in a different state and a friend got a job in Denver. She offered to take me to the city with her and she was going to let me sleep on the couch in her apartment until I got on my feet. It was a great offer and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to go to Denver, Colorado, where recreational and medical marijuana are legal and easy to find. A couple of days after I arrived, I wanted to try recreational marijuana from a state dispensary. I didn’t think it would be much different from the stuff that I bought from a guy on the corner back home. Walking into a Denver marijuana dispensary was one of the most interesting and coolest experiences that I have ever had. The marijuana dispensary was filled with a variety of different products and some of the items were things that I had never seen before. I didn’t know that there were so many different varieties of marijuana edibles. The Denver Colorado dispensary had about 50 different items on the walls of the dispensary and each one of the items was a different type of edible. I was totally overwhelmed by the selection. I didn’t know what to buy when I went to the store for the first time. I probably should have ordered online. I remember standing there in the store with a dumb look on my face.
