I thought that the owner of the Phoenix, AZ commercial Heating and Air Conditioning provider would eventually guess our strenuous toil and supply me a raise or a promotion, but after 5 years on the job, I was still working in the same dead end position and I wasn’t going someplace.
I had to change things fast in order to make all of our dreams come true. I decided to start our own Contracting business. I had to save up for a couple of weeks so I had the currency to pay for the contractor license and insurance fees, but once I had our contractors license, I started advertising our services and all of the newspapers and magazines around the phoenix, AZ area. It has been absolutely slow, however recently I picked up a up-to-date customer that is going to help me get more sales, however the commercial contractor owner called me to help with a boiler problem. I drove all the way to the south end of Phoenix to help the commercial customer with the boiler problem. That guy has several other dealers in Phoenix and he wants me to start servicing all of the heating and a/c equipment. One locale is a dry cleaning contractor and another is a well known pizza shop. The second contractor is a check currencying store. I will have at least several superb reasons to drive into the neighborhood each week. I hope that is the start of more commercial business.
