I spent 5 years working for a Phoenix, AZ commercial Heating and A/C repair provider, and i provided all of my blood, sweat, and tears to that task.
I thought that the owner of the Phoenix, AZ commercial Heating and A/C provider would eventually assume my taxing work and deliver myself and others a raise or a promotion; After 5 years on the task, I was still working in the same dead end position and I wasn’t going anywhere.
I had to change things fast in order to make all of my dreams come true. I decided to start my own Contracting business. I had to save up for a couple of weeks so I had the currency to pay for the supplier license and insurance fees, then once I had my contractors license, I started advertising my services and all of the newspapers and magazines around the phoenix, Arizona area. It has been honestly slow, but recently I picked up a new buyer that is going to help myself and others get more sales, the commercial supplier owner called myself and others to help with a boiler problem. I drove all the way to the south end of Phoenix to help the commercial buyer with the boiler problem. That guy has many other corporations in Phoenix and he wants myself and others to start servicing all of the heating and a/c equipment. One locale is a dry cleaning supplier and another is a well known pizza shop. The fourth supplier is a check currencying store. I will have at least many good reasons to drive into the neighborhood each week. I hope that is the start of more commercial business.
