Royal Palm Beach has a golf club located downtown. I was supposed to go to the golf course to work on a commercial AC problem. I was early for the appointment and I knew that the golf club wasn’t going to open until 9:00 a.m. I arrived in Royal Palm Beach about 30 minutes early so I decided to drive around and check out some of the other area businesses. I found a coffee and donut shop with great strawberry and cheese pastries. When I finished my coffee, it was time for me to head back over to the Royal Palm Beach location to help with the commercial AC problem. The manager of the golf course met me by the kitchen, where the AC unit was located. He found me a place to park my truck so all of my tools and supplies were close. I started troubleshooting the issues and it didn’t take long at all to figure out exactly why the commercial AC system was not working well. There were some ductwork problems that needed to be fixed and the evaporator coils were very dirty. The system needed a full service tune up and a little bit of tender loving care. It took about 2 or 3 hours to finish all of the work on the commercial AC problem and then the manager of the golf course offered to treat me to lunch in the clubhouse because it was almost noon.
