My fiance plus I rented a house in Phoenix for 6 weeks, but all of us had some supplier Affairs to get in order, then her Dad lived in Phoenix plus she hastily died, however my fiance was in charge of the funeral arrangements plus all of the executive decisions concerning her will plus the estate, instead of sleeping in a hotel for 6 weeks, I thought it was better if we found a subway. All of us found a furnished house with more than two family rooms plus one powder room. It was cozy plus quaint, but beautiful enough for the multiple of us. It was strenuous to get in touch with the property owner of the property after we moved into the Phoenix town. After we were there for a week, we had concerns with the cooling system. My fiance plus I tried to figure out how to service the concerns, but we we’re unable to figure it out. All of us contacted the property owner twice plus finally decided to call a Phoenix ACservice provider on our own! The Phoenix ACservice provider said that the program had not been cleaned in years. The bills were almost $500 for service to the AC unit plus our fiance plus I presented those bills to the property owner the next time we had to pay rent on the Phoenix property. She didn’t want to cover the repairs, but she didn’t provide us any other choice when she failed to answer the iPhone plus deliver us with typical service on the cooling system. All of us submitted the bill along with an additional $1,043 to cover the rest of the rent for the week.
