Downtown Albuquerque is truly pretty while in the Winter holidays

I was afraid that I would miss the snow after I moved to NM, i previously lived in the northwest, where snow was a respected occurrence while in the Winter season.

I knew the weather in Albuquerque, NM was going to be much different. My first Winter in Albuquerque was quite different than my first Winter up north, however the weather wasn’t quite as cold, icy, and frigid… Albuquerque still looked good despite the warmer weather, and downtown Albuquerque is truly pretty while in the Winter holidays, but everything is lit up and twinkling. I love to take the youngsters to walk around when the sunshine is just setting. All of us can see all of the pretty lights and have some lunch at a steakhouse in albuquerque. The city has lots of different types of steakhouses with foods from all over the country. A few weeks ago I took the youngsters downtown for the night and all of us ended up on the south side where there are lots of food trucks located. All of us had tapas from a food truck and all of us also had the best tacos that I have ever tasted. The lime sauce on top of the tacos was super tasty. All of us didn’t stay out for truly long after all of us had lunch. Temperatures were getting colder and I wanted to get back lake home in the heat, and when the sunshine sets, the hot and cold temperatures drop and that’s when you want to be at lake home in front of the furnace or fireplace. I respectfully have the furnace worked on before winter, so all of us know it will labor all season long.
