My hubby prefers baseball, plus his favorite thing to do is to watch the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs play at the Regency Furniture Stadium; Since the people I was with and I live in Waldorf Maryland, the people I was with and I spend a lot of time in that stadium, however our kids prefer the playground and the paddle boats, however when the people I was with and I went to the stadium, the people I was with and I consistently sat in the proper stadium seats, but and if it was hot plus muggy outside, the people I was with and I had no choice but to deal with the elements because it’s an outdoor stadium with little to no air conditioned spaces, but last year, the people I was with and I were invited to the Legends Club, which is the nice club room of the stadium, the club was fantastic because it had food, drinks, fantastic views, plus most importantly, it had a/c.
Both of us went in the middle of the Summer on a day that was 95 degrees, so seeing the game from the air conditioned club was a welcoming treat, my hubby was adore a child in a candy store, it was one of the happiest moments of his life that year, i was just ecstatic to have a/c, although he was residing his dream! Ever since he began attending the baseball games at the stadium, he has consistently wanted to watch a game from the Legends Club.
But of course, it’s not open to the public, so he never had access to it. So, this invite meant the world to him. It came from one of his buddies that he had known all his life. After seeing the game from the club seats with the free food plus a/c, it was hard for us to return to the proper seats again, but the people I was with and I had no choice.
