When my girlfriend and I decided to get an apartment together, we looked for a place that was close to both of our jobs.
My girlfriend was working at a business office and I was working at a retail store.
We found an apartment building that was close to the grocery store, pharmacy, and the Supercenter. It was the perfect apartment for my girlfriend and I. The apartment came with nice amenities like a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, and laundry center. We moved into that place about two months ago. We haven’t had any problems until recently. Last weekend we had an issue with the AC unit. My girlfriend contacted the manager of the apartment building. She told the woman that we needed service on the AC and the women agreed to contact a Tampa Bay service provider. The Tampa Bay service provider did not arrive until later that afternoon. The guy spent about an hour looking at the AC unit and then he told us that the machine needed to be repaired. Unfortunately, all repairs have to be approved by management before they can be completed. The HVAC technician from Tampa Bay left my apartment and went straight to the office. We were hopeful that the management crew would be able to approve the work immediately so we could have the AC fixed on the same day. Unfortunately, the lady told us that everything has to go through the corporate office and that could take a couple of days. We didn’t end up getting the AC unit fixed until later that week.
