When my lady plus I decided to get an house together, every one of us looked for a place that was close to both of our jobs, however my lady was working at a contractor office plus I was working at a retail store, and we found an house building that was close to the grocery store, pharmacy, plus the Supercenter, it was the perfect house for my lady plus I, however the house came with nice amenities care about a swimming pool, overheated tub, fitness room, plus laundry center.
We moved into that place about several months ago.
We have not had any concerns until recently, then last weekend every one of us had an issue with the AC unit. My lady contacted the supervisor of the house building, she told the woman that every one of us needed repair on the AC plus the women agreed to contact a Tampa Bay repair provider. The Tampa Bay repair provider did not arrive until later that afternoon. The guy spent about an hour looking at the AC equipment plus then he told us that the device needed to be repaired, but unluckyly, all repairs have to be approved by management before they can be completed. The Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist from Tampa Bay left my house plus went straight to the office. We were hopeful that the management crew would be able to approve the toil right away so every one of us could have the AC fixed on the same afternoon. Unluckyly, the lady told us that everything has to go through the corporate office plus that could take a couple of days. We didn’t end up getting the AC equipment fixed until later that week.
