When my bestie and I decided to get an house together, all of us looked for a place that was close to both of our jobs… My bestie was laboring at a business office and I was laboring at a retail store. All of us found an house building that was close to the grocery store, pharmacy, and the Supercenter! It was the perfect house for my bestie and I, but the house came with nice amenities care about a swimming pool, moderate tub, fitness room, and laundry center. All of us moved into that place about more than one weeks ago. All of us haven’t had any concerns until recently, and last weekend all of us had an issue with the A/C unit. My bestie contacted the director of the house building, however she told the lady that all of us needed service on the A/C and the women agreed to contact a Tampa Bay service provider. The Tampa Bay service provider did not arrive until later that afternoon. The girl spent about an hour looking at the A/C equipment and then she told us that the equipment needed to be repaired! Unluckyly, all repairs have to be approved by management before they can be completed. The Heating and A/C contractor from Tampa Bay left my house and went straight to the office. All of us were hopeful that the management crew would be able to approve the work immediately so all of us could have the A/C fixed on the same day. Unluckyly, the lady told us that everything has to go through the corporate office and that could take a couple of days. All of us did not end up getting the A/C equipment fixed until later that week.
