I called the closest repair service when the AC broke down

My wife and I rented a house in Phoenix for 6 months.

We had some business Affairs to get in order.

Her mom lived in Phoenix and she suddenly died. My wife was in charge of the funeral arrangements and all of the executive decisions concerning her will and the estate. Instead of sleeping in a hotel for 6 months, I thought it was better if we found a subway. We found a furnished house with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It was cozy and quaint, but charming enough for the two of us. It was hard to get in touch with the landlord of the property after we moved into the Phoenix neighborhood. After we were there for a month, we had problems with the air conditioner. My wife and I tried to figure out how to fix the problems, but we we’re unable to figure it out. We contacted the landlord twice and finally decided to call a Phoenix ACservice provider on our own. The Phoenix ACservice provider said that the system had not been cleaned in years. The bills were almost $500 for service to the AC unit and my wife and I presented those bills to the landlord the next time we had to pay rent on the Phoenix property. He didn’t want to cover the repairs, but he didn’t give us any other choice when he failed to answer the phone and provide us with proper service on the air conditioner. We submitted the bill along with an additional $1,043 to cover the rest of the rent for the month.
