I should have had repairs completed while I was in the Wintertide or the Spring.
I had to make the repairs or I was going to have to spend the whole Summer separate from AC, however even though it’s mildly temperate in Lee’s summit, Missouri while I was in the summer, it’s still pretty yucky to spend the whole season separate from any central air conditioning. I called a Lee’s Summit A/C service business! They wanted a heap of money to make the repairs on the plan and I honestly thought that they were overcharging myself and others for the work. I told the guy that I was going to call someone else to get a second opinion and he offered to deliver myself and others the names of various sites that would be gleeful to deliver myself and others an additional estimate. That made myself and others honestly frustrated, but I did call more than one other Lee’s Summit A/C service businesses; Both sites wanted around the same amount for the repair… At least a single of the salesmen was nicer than the first guy, so I used that Lee’s Summit heating and A/C service provider to make the repairs. The dealer met the lowest estimate I had from all various companies in Lee’s Summit so I suppose I got the best deal and savings. I got a a single year warranty of the parts and sixty days on the service. I also got a full service tune-up at the time of the repair.
