Smoke from the fireplace was backing up into our home, so I shut off the oil furnace & the fireplace & I called a repair business in Orland Park, IL. My family & I live in Orland Park! It is a good village just south of Chicago. Orland Park is one of the nicest places in the part & definitely the style of village where you want to raise children. My partner & I have 3 children & they all attend university in Orland Park. My partner works at a hospital in Chicago, but I have a task actually close to home. In the event of an emergency, I can go back to the house in a couple of minutes, but both of the women were at beach house alone on Thursday morning. My partner went to the hospital & I had some work to complete as well! The women called myself and others around noon, because the smoke was filling the house. I immediately thought there was a fire & I told the women to get out of the house. I called 911 as soon as I got off the cellphone. The fire department arrived right as I was pulling into the driveway. Both of my women were kneeling outside of our home. The fire crew went inside of the house to look at the oil furnace & the fireplace. Both of us had a immense buildup of soot in the fireplace & it needed to be cleaned badly.
