Florida has more freshwater springs than anywhere else in the country. Florida has more springs than most places in the world. They are a treasure to see. My family and I live in a small city right outside of Tampa Bay. Tampa is such a beautiful city with so much culture and diversity. I love the city and the skyline and I think the beaches are some of the nicest in the state of Florida. A lot of people think that Tampa is a really big city, but there are a lot of smaller towns very close to the city that actually support the city of Tampa Bay. My family and I live in one of those small cities. I work as a school teacher and my husband is an HVAC technician. He handles a variety of heating and AC problems. There aren’t a lot of amenities out here in the sticks, so I usually drive into Tampa when I need to buy groceries and specialty items. A couple of weeks ago, a brand new grocery store opened up a few blocks away from my home. The new grocery store has lots of specialty items for vegans and vegetarians. My family and I do not eat meat. We have been 100% free of meat, eggs, and dairy for the past three years. I used to drive all the way to Tampa for specialty items, but now I can get all of the items close to home.
