All of the supplies went to the neighbors address

My wife and I bought a house in a pretty nice neighborhood in Tampa.

We were not even in Florida at the time, but we planned to be there in a couple of weeks.

We knew the house was going to require a lot of work. We saw some pictures and we had an inspector give us a full and detailed report of the house. We knew the Furnace needed to be replaced. It was the first thing that I planned to do when I got to the house. I worked in the heating & AC repair industry most of my life. I knew how everything works and I was capable of installing a furnace, heat pump, or air conditioner in my home. I still had to get permits just like any other contractor, but I can save a ton of money by doing the work on my own. I started ordering supplies a day before I left for the address. I wanted the materials to arrive as soon as I was there, so I didn’t have to waste any time. I received a phone call from the realtor that sold the house to me. I was on my way to the address at the time. I thought there might have been a problem with the paperwork. She told me that a woman in the neighborhood notified her because she received a very peculiar shipment of items to her Tampa Bay home. One of the items was a brand new furnace. Since the woman had a heat pump in her home, she had no use for the furnace, thankfully. The Tampa Bay home owner contacted the realtor to contact me, so I could pick up the items at my earliest convenience.
