Albuquerque has some of the finest vegan cuisine

I moved to New Mexico because of the legal cannabis laws! I didn’t really know too much about the weather conditions or the people or the politics when I made the choice to move, although I knew that cannabis was totally legal.

I already spent a long while in jail for possession of marijuana.

When I found out that 3 hours away from me, New Mexico has legal cannabis for sale, I was ready to pack a tote as well as move. Coming to Albuquerque has been one of the best decisions of my life. I appreciate living in Albuquerque as well as I found a pretty good job now working at a cannabis dispensary. I actually work 5 days per week as well as at times I get overtime. I get a sweet deal on all of our marijuana supplies. Eating vegan is relatively straight-forward in Albuquerque, as well as it was not straight-forward before I moved. Albuquerque has a pretty large amount of vegan as well as vegetarian friendly restaurants, like Cafe Lush. Cafe Lush happens to be one of my preferred venues to eat. It opened approximately 10 years ago as well as offers fresh as well as healthy food regularly. Cafe Lush is directly on a street corner as well as has a pretty interesting look as well as architectural feel. One of my number one sandwiches at this restaurant is a veggie wrap with sauteed organic tofu, spinach, yams, as well as avocado spread. It has a huge amount of subtle flavors, but they all come together for a flavorful act punch. I’m easily looking forward to next month when my mom comes to visit, because I want to take her to the cafe for a few deli sandwiches. I suppose she will care about the food, too.
